Plan Section Features

Pro Tip: Annual plans typically offer 20% savings compared to monthly billing. If you plan to use Banners All Over long-term, consider switching to annual billing at your next upgrade.
When you upgrade:
- Access to new features is immediate
- Your billing is prorated for the time remaining in your current cycle
- All existing banners and settings are preserved
- You immediately receive increased usage allocations
When you downgrade:
- Existing work is preserved, but banners exceeding the new plan's limit are unpublished automatically (oldest first)
- Changes take effect at your next billing cycle
- Performance metrics access ends if you move to Basic
- Banners that exceed the new slides-per-banner limit may require trimming
Note: Downgrading does not delete any of your work. AI-powered features may require an upgrade to edit. Banner functionality (placement, rules, scheduling, custom fonts) ships on every plan.
Metrics Section
Track your banner performance with detailed analytics. View impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and user engagement data across different time periods.
Accessing Metrics
To view your banner performance metrics:
- Navigate to Account Management from the main menu
- Click on the 'Metrics' tab
- Select a time period from the dropdown (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or All time)
- View the performance data for all active banners
Available Metrics
- Impressions: The total number of times your banners were displayed to visitors
- Clicks: The total number of times visitors clicked on your banners
- Conversion Rate (CTR): Click-through rate calculated as (Clicks / Impressions) × 100%
- Unique Sessions: The number of unique visitor sessions that viewed your banners
Time Period Options
Filter your metrics by the following time periods:
- Last 7 days - Recent short-term performance
- Last 30 days - Monthly performance overview
- Last 90 days - Quarterly trends and patterns
- All time - Complete historical data since installation
Pro Tip: Monitor your CTR regularly to identify which banners perform best. If you reach a CTR above 2% with your promotional banners, you're in a good track. Use this data to optimize underperforming banners or replicate successful patterns.
Settings Section
Customize your Banners All Over experience with these settings options.
Language Selection
Change the app interface language:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu
- Changes take effect immediately
Email Notification Preferences
Control which emails you receive from Banners All Over:
- Enter the email address you would like to use for Banners All Over notifications
- Receive notifications about:
- Banner performance (weekly metrics)
- System updates and new features
- Tips and best practices
- Billing and renewal reminders
Premium Features Toggle
Switch your store to premium mode to activate all premium features on your storefront. This option allows you to quickly disable all premium features without deleting your banners.
- Go to Account Settings
- Locate the 'Enable Premium Features' toggle
- Toggle on to enable all premium features in your store
- Toggle off to temporarily switch to Free mode (for testing purposes)
Warning: Disabling premium features will immediately hide all premium banners from your store. They will not be deleted and will reappear when you re-enable them.
Customer Data Export
Export all your banner data and account settings. Useful for backups, migration, or GDPR compliance.
Manual Export
- Go to Account Settings > Data Export
- Click 'Request Data Export'
- You will receive an email within 24 hours with a download link
- The link expires after 7 days
Note: Data exports include all banner content, rules, settings, and usage statistics. Images are exported as URL references.
Export includes:
- All banners (active and drafts)
- Banner rules and conditions
- Banner settings and placement configurations
- Account settings and preferences
- Usage metrics data (last 30 days)
Privacy: Your exported data is encrypted and securely stored. Only you can access it through the download link sent to your registered email address.
Pro Tip: Schedule regular exports if you've invested a lot of time creating banners. This is a great backup in case of accidental changes or if you want to migrate to another Shopify environment.
