Banner Management Section

The main dashboard provides quick access to all banner functions.

1. Create New Banner Options

  • New Slide Banner

2. Banner List View

View and manage all your created banners with the following features:

  • Preview of all created banners
  • Filter options:
    • By status (Unpublished changes, Published, Scheduled, Expired, Setup required, Content needed)
    • By Sections & Rules (Homepage, Collections, Products, Cart | Tags, Collections, Product type, Vendor)
  • Search field for finding specific banners

Pro Tip: Give your banners descriptive titles to be able to easily search them later.

3. Banner Information & Actions

Each banner in the list displays information and provides actions you can perform:

Banner Actions

  • Edit button - Enter the edition mode and modify the banner's content and settings (you can also click the title of the banner to edit it)
  • Duplicate button - Create a copy of the banner
  • Unpublish button - If the banner is published, this button allows you to quickly remove it from your store
  • Delete button - Permanently removes the banner from your account. This action cannot be undone. Use unpublish instead if you want to temporarily remove a banner from your store

Important: To remove a banner from your store, use the Unpublish button (not Delete). This keeps the banner saved so you can republish it later. Deleted banners cannot be recovered.

Status Labels

  • Setup Required - The banner is created but it was not placed in the store, it has no target zone assigned
  • Content Needed - No slides were created yet
  • Published label - The banner is currently visible on your store
  • Unpublished - The banner is hidden from customers but remain saved in your dashboard
  • Unpublished changes - Updates were made, but were not published, so the visible banner is showing an outdated version
  • Active/Scheduled/Expired labels - Indication of the permanently active, scheduled or expired status of the banner
  • Sections - Shows a label of the target sections assigned to that banner
  • Rules - Shows the type of rule assigned to that section

Visual Preview

In the banner list, you can see:

  • Preview image of each slide
  • Icon of each slide added

4. Expanded Preview

Click to expand any banner preview to see:

  • Detailed preview of each slide
  • Active status indicator
  • Scheduling information (start and end dates if applicable)
